1. Service Agreement

By booking with Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd., you agree to our relocation terms, pricing structure, cancellation rules, and liability coverage.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after customer approval of the quote.
• Additional charges may apply for extra items not declared earlier.
• Advance payment may be required for long-distance moves.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate inventory & location details.
• Ensure proper access for loading/unloading.
• Declare fragile or high-value items beforehand.

4. Company Responsibilities

• Provide trained manpower for packing & handling.
• Use high-quality packaging materials.
• Deliver items within the committed timeline (conditions apply).

5. Insurance & Claims

Insurance is optional and provided by a third-party insurer. Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Liability

Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Prohibited Items

• Explosives, chemicals, or flammable items
• Illegal goods
• Perishable foods (without special arrangement)

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after booking confirmation may incur operational charges. Vehicle dispatch cancellation is non-refundable.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts where Mover Buddy International Relocation Pvt. Ltd. operates.
